Any use of rude language, upsetting words of any kind will result in expulsion or a Account silence!
Consistently Spamming
Spamming is when you repeat the message atleast 3 times, Example:

ADD ME
That is spamming! You will recieve a automatic warning, if not then a Protector will silence your account for 5 minutes.
Begging for Magic, item rain or Adds
Please do not ask for magic, items rain or adds! It can be classed as spamming (see above) if repeated. Asking for Magic will just lead to a automatic warning. Item rain begging could lead to a Expulsion for upto 2 days! and Adding will issue a 10 minute silence and a automatic warning for also spamming.
Giving/Getting Personal Information
Don't Ask (get) or Give away and personal information, it could be dangerous towards you. Listing a Name, Adress, Phone Number, Cell phone/ Mobile number/ Postal code ect... Could lead to expulsions! If you are getting the information from someone then you will most likely be exiled from Penguin Orbit forever.
Scamming
In trade: Do not accept unless someone has either put Orbites (coins) or another item in, unless the deal was confirmed in a chat. Remember there is a built in system on the trade that says up the top if its unfair "Penguin May Be Scamming". Scamming will lead to expulsion on Penguin orbit for a while, and the user who was scammed will recieve all orbites/Clothing/magic back.
Asking for a Higher Status/Staff Position
Don't ask for a higher status/Staff position. you will most likely be rejected and be put under a 12 hour silence or a 1 week account expulsion. We are CURRENTLY looking for staff members, but still... Please do not ask!
